Niels Andersen used to work seven years for Warner/eastwest rec. Germany. Two years for distribution, three years for promotion and two years for marketing as product manager. Before that he used to work five years as a retailer. So all in some twelve years of experience in the business.
Oliver Bergmann studied economics (specialized on marketing) and graduated from university in summer 2004. At the time at the university he did several internships, e.g. at the Holsten Brewery (Event Marketing) and 20th Century Fox of Germany (Marketing & Press). During the last two years of study he worked for Warner/eastwest rec. Germany for promotion and for artist coordination.
Ben Liepelt started as a trainee at Warner/eastwest rec., went to the tv-production company MME and continued his career in his“learing by doing” way. For the next couple of years he worked for MTV's little brother VH-1 in positions of editor with his very own show, camera, program scheduling and was responsible for marketing cooperations like tour-presentations. He worked for the teenage tv-show BRAVO TV as an editor and camera-man. After some years as an active musician, freelancing publicist and product-manager, producing EPKs, videpclips, etc he has quite intense experience in the music business from different points of view with a wide range of contacts.
